Refund Policy

At Ediwellnesscoach, we are committed to offering high-quality digital products that add value to your physical and emotional well-being. Because these are non-tangible digital products, it is important that you consider the following conditions:

1. Non-refundable products

  • All digital products (workouts, ebooks, personalized plans) are non-refundable once purchased, as the content is delivered automatically and cannot be returned.

  • By completing the purchase, the customer accepts this condition and acknowledges that there is no right to return except for the exceptions described below.

2. Exceptions: Valid refunds

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment by mistake.

  • Verifiable technical failure that prevents access to the product (and that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time).

  • Incorrect charge by the payment system.

In any of these cases, you must contact us at ediliaalmanzarfit@gmail.com within 5 business days of purchase so we can evaluate your request.

3. How to request a refund

Including:

  • Full name

  • Email address with which you made the purchase

  • Date and proof of payment

  • Detailed reason for the request

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 5 business days.

4. No refund applies if:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing.

  • You did not download or use the product by personal choice.

  • The product did not meet your subjective expectations.

  • You have already accessed, downloaded, or used some of the digital content.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and will post it on our website so you always have access to the updated version.
