At Ediwellnesscoach, all products offered are digital, so no physical shipping is done. Each product is delivered through secure digital channels and in the shortest possible time.

The products available on this page are 100% digital and include:
Online training plans
Ebooks in PDF format
Group programs
2. Delivery method and time
Digital products are shipped once payment is confirmed.
Delivery is made through the following means:
📩 Email: For eBooks and Group Programs, a WhatsApp group is created, but each plan is sent by email.
💬 WhatsApp: For personalized advice plans (based on the number registered by the customer at the time of purchase).
The estimated delivery time is 24 to 48 business hours after purchase. In some cases, it may take a little longer if customization is required, and in group programs, the start date is stipulated.
3. Customer Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they provide a valid email address and/or an active and correct WhatsApp number at the time of purchase.
If the email or number entered is incorrect and we are unable to deliver, you'll need to contact us to update your information.
4. Access and download
Once the product is delivered, it is your responsibility to save and back up the digital content.
If you don't receive your product within the estimated timeframe, please check your spam/promotions folder or write to us so we can resend it.
